Morning Movement Classes with EAP

If you’re looking for a gentle workout while still breaking a sweat and boosting endurance, this class is for you. It’s low-impact, welcoming for all levels, and a great way to greet the morning. Labeled as Levels I-II with encouragement to move however you can. Join us for some classic cardio!
