Operation Move Registration Open

Join super coach Kate Solovieva for “Operation Move” on Monday, March 17th at 12:30pm EST. In this 90-minute workshop, Coach Kate will teach you the framework for building a movement practice that she has been using with clients for years now. (Yes, there will be a replay.)
This workshop is for you, if:
— you are currently sedentary, and want to move your body more, but don’t know where to start
— you used to be active, but then life happened, and you’ve been figuring out how to get back TO movement
— you had a movement practice many moons ago, but then got injured, and that particular movement is not available to you any more, but you still want to move
— you go to the gym or work out with a trainer couple of times a week, but that’s where your movement currently ends, and you know you’d feel better if you moved more
— you work from home, and wish you could move more, but also WHEN?
