SUMMARY:Beginner's Strength Training
DESCRIPTION:Are you a Middlebury College employee who is curious about strength training but not sure how to get started? If so\, this program is for you. Join Laura Matuszak; Certified Personal Trainer for this seven-week series where you will build strength\, learn proper movement patterns\, and make connections with colleagues. Participants will learn the fundamentals of safe\, effective strength training while improving flexibility and confidence. Open to any Middlebury employee new to strength training. Sessions meet Mondays and Thursdays\, March 30–May 14\, at the Peterson Athletic Complex. 7am-7:50.  \n\n\n\nFor more information or to register\, contact Rebecca.Schubert@GMHEC.org.
