DESCRIPTION:Session will be hosted by a member of Age Well’s State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) team that offers free and confidential Medicare counseling in VT.\n\nAge Well is an organization that carries out programs to support and guide the community to embrace aging with confidence. Programs such as a Helpline\, Medicare Education\, Meals on Wheels\, Wellness programs\, Home Care Coordination\, and more.
