DESCRIPTION:Registration is open for this four-part series Led by Rebecca Schubert\, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist designed to help participants build healthier nutrition habits without restriction\, overwhelm\, or perfectionism. \n\n\n\nParticipants will explore: \n\n\n\n\nHow eating habits are formed and maintained\n\n\n\nHow to prepare the body and mind to make better food decisions\n\n\n\nSkills to navigate cravings\, stress\, and real-life disruptions\n\n\n\nHow to stay consistent even when motivation dips or life gets busy\n\n\n\n\nEach week\, participants will learn practical\, evidence-based strategies and complete simple exercises between sessions to support habit formation\, flexibility\, and confidence around food. \n\n\n\nWednesdays\, March 25th through April 15th.
