Overview
The Green Mountain Higher Education Consortium has selected Oracle Cloud to transform the way each of the colleges serve its students, staff and faculty. Oracle provides a modern and synchronized technology platform to further academic excellence. This will help the consortium respond to today’s opportunities and challenges by enabling department staff and faculty to access timely, accurate information at the right time to run the institution more efficiently. Oracle’s complete and modern solutions will thus free employees to focus more time and effort on enhancing the student experience now and in the future.
The Human Capital Management/HCM (also known as Human Resources or HR) project includes almost all modules of the HCM suite: Core Human Resources, Benefits, Absence Management, Time and Labor, Payroll, Workforce Compensation, Learning, Talent Acquisition, Goal Management, Career Development, Performance Management, Talent Review and Succession Management, and Business Intelligence Cloud Services. The project will also enable manager and employee self-service for each of the schools.
