Four-Part Series: Building Sustainable Nutrition Habits

Registration is open for this four-part series Led by Rebecca Schubert, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist designed to help participants build healthier nutrition habits without restriction, overwhelm, or perfectionism.
Participants will explore:
- How eating habits are formed and maintained
- How to prepare the body and mind to make better food decisions
- Skills to navigate cravings, stress, and real-life disruptions
- How to stay consistent even when motivation dips or life gets busy
Each week, participants will learn practical, evidence-based strategies and complete simple exercises between sessions to support habit formation, flexibility, and confidence around food.
Wednesdays, March 25th through April 15th. Noon-1pm EST via zoom.
