Intro. to Wood Turning: Crafting a Wooden Bowl

In this hands-on 10-hour course, students will explore the fundamentals of wood turning while creating a handcrafted wooden bowl from start to finish. Instruction focuses on lathe safety, understanding wood grain, proper use of turning tools, and finishing techniques. Led by experienced woodworker Mark Wilch, the course emphasizes confidence, precision, and the satisfaction of making a functional object by hand. Limited class size – register today!
