Morning Movement: 20 Minutes of Cardio

Join the team from InvestEAP for a cardio workout that will feature simple yet effective moves to rev your heart in a short amount of time. You’ll focus on form, build endurance, and feel accomplished upon finishing. Intensity level is labeled at a 2, but anyone can join us and modify the moves as needed! No props required.
