New to strength training? This class is for you! We’ll begin with a yoga-inspired warm-up and then move through introductory strength-training exercises, utilizing a single weight. Only one prop needed: one dumbbell, a can of soup, or a filled water bottle with a handle. Start where you are! Brought to you by the team from InvestEAP.
