Rest Assured: Mastering Sleep and Calming Your Mind: Join psychologist and sleep expert, Dr. Dan Cheney and discover how sleep impacts your brain and overall well-being, learn practical strategies to quiet racing thoughts, overcome common sleep challenges, and improve your nightly rest. We’ll also explore sleep disorders, their signs, and effective treatment options, so you can wake up feeling refreshed, energized, and ready to tackle your day. Mental Focus training. Join Porter Knight from Productivity Vermont for this four part series where you’ll learn to improve and protect your mental focus so you can keep your brain in the game even if there’s too much to do and not enough time, and even if you’re overwhelmed and feeling stress. Each week you’ll develop techniques to improve your mental clarity, organization, and time. Tuesdays, October 14 and 28, November 11 and 25. Noon-12:45pm
Mindfulness & Self-Care Course: Join Coach Cami Smalley from Guided Resilience for an eight-week journey to personal power, and sustainable self-care. Wednesdays, October 22nd through December 10th. Noon to 1pm.
