Join Coach Cami, founder of Guided Resilience for this 15-minute midday pauses refresh the body, mind, and spirit.
These sessions will include a variety of Mindful Pause practices including a body practice or mindfulness exercise. This morning pause will interrupt the stress response and reclaim a connection to your inner stability and peace.
