Join Coach Cami from Guided Resilience for a free 15-minute midday pause fo refresh the body, mind, and spirit.
The steps of mindful pause will guide our practice: STOP | BREATHE | THINK | CHOOSE
These sessions are offered ongoing on Tuesdays and will include a variety of Mindful Pause practices including a body practice or mindfulness exercise. This midday pause will interrupt the stress response and reclaim a connection to your inner stability and peace.
