Beginning Mindfulness Registration Open

This course mobilizes your capacity to protect and promote your resilience and well-being and ultimately your experience of the way you live, work, and relate to yourself, others, and this complex and challenging world. No doubt, some of our life experiences leave us feeling ill-equipped to manage the emotional and energetic toll that comes with enduring hardships in life. Illness, work stress, relationship issues, or personal loss, change, or adversity challenge our ability to sustain inner peace and alignment with our purpose in life.  To emerge from crisis or conflict personally and professionally transformed for the better requires an intentional SHIFT toward practices that align body, mind, and spirit with an unwavering inner peace that grows with intention, insight, and effort.

This course is being offered by zoom and will meet on Thursdays, April 2nd through May 21st from 8:00-9:15 pm EST. Register here. There is no cost to participate in this program.
