Mindfulness Meditation

Join Kendra Smith in the meditation room on the third floor of Dion. During these session participants will explore different aspects of mindfulness and meditation techniques to work with our minds so that we can be more present and feel more at home in our ever-changing and tumultuous world.
This is an exploration so bring your curiosity as we explore together what arises when we land on the chair or cushion and invite our minds to settle. No prior meditation experience is necessary and all are welcome.
This event is ongoing on Mondays and Thursdays at St. Michael’s College.
