Join the team from Bit for and get your day started with energy and focus. This 45 minute circuit style class will strengthen all your major muscles, including your heart, to support your joints, increase/maintain muscle mass and bone density and make your life easier for independent living.  This class is offered virtually on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at no cost.
