Join Kim Jacobs, ACE Certified Personal Trainer and her crew of incredible group fitness instructors  for this fun, approachable class. This class has a consistent following and will help you to increase your strength and flexibility in a fun, supportive atmosphere.  Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. No cost to join.
