Thursday Morning Pause

Join Coach Cami Smalley of Guided Resilience for variety of Mindful Pause practices including body practices or a mindfulness exercise. The Stop, Breathe, Think steps of our pause will ground us in silence to connect to our inner stability and peace. Our choose step will include a variety of mind/body practices to set a powerful intention for our day. This event is offered via zoom and is ongoing on Thursdays.
